I love how friendly their staff are. They make sure to keep me updated and informed. They are always on time and professional. :) We have also used them for removing bats in our house. Again they are so efficient and complete. I recommend them to anyone who lives out in the country like I do!

6 years agoTech showed up on time. Setup bait inside and box outside, to take care of the mice issue. So far so good. It is a little pricey, and I am waiting to see how long it will last. See MoreI recently utilized the services of Critter catchers to install TAP insulation into my attic. I have an older home, and the insulation that was here was fiberglass sheets with some blown in fiberglass on top. Critter catchers did a great job installing the new insulation into my attic. I am pretty particular about my home, and they were very respectful trying to keep things clean and also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job. It has been a really cold winter and my furnace used to come on and off every 5 minutes when it was cold. I turn my heat down at night and it takes quite a while before the furnace comes after doing that. In the past, it didn't take long at all. It seems that the additional insulation is already providing a good benefit which will grow over time. I would like to thank these guys for working hard for me and doing a great job!

We used them for a bat problem and a mouse problem. These were extremely stressful situations for me and they treated us like family, being sure we were well taken care of. The ease of their service and payments are also wonderful for those who lead busy lives. They will e-mail reminders and have online bill options. I would highly recommend this company!

They have been excellent about sending reminders and are easy to schedule. Every service person that has been to our home has been engaged and professional. The owner, Dave, has been great about addressing any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I decided to choose Critter Catchers after speaking with a few bat removal companies. I have been very pleased with my experience thus far. The first visit (inspection), I followed the guys around asking tons of questions, they were extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional, they had no problem answering my questions. Currently I have the "one way doors" on the spots where the bats were getting in. I personally watched about ten to fifteen bats fly out through the PVC tube on the first night, since then I have seen no bats fly out, nor have I heard anything in the attic. I am glad I chose Critter Catchers and would recommend them to anyone looking for bat exclusion.
