The Critter Catchers team was out at our house last week. They were very friendly and professional. They explained all our options and we're extremely helpful in resolving our pest situation. I would recommend them to anyone, and would use their services again in a heartbeat.

We have had bat infestation problems for quite a while. We found this company online and decided to hear what they had to say. After a very thorough inspection of our home, inside and out, we were feeling very confident of this company's expertise. Their rep, Zach, was very patient in explaining everything in detail, and even took the initiative to come up with an alternative method of eliminating outdoor mice without harming the chipmunks, (we happen to like those little critters!) We've decided to go ahead with their bat exclusion program and will re-post a review at the conclusion.

I contacted Critter Catchers a couple weeks ago for an "urgent" issue at my Mom's home in Grand Blanc and they came out the next morning. The young lady that took the call was extremely friendly and helpful. The young man, David, that came out was very professional, informative (explaining, showing me, the difference between bat droppings and mouse droppings; seriously interesting and helpful). I felt very comfortable with him working in my Mom's home, he was very thorough and explained each step of the process to us and the reasons for what they do. He answered all of our questions too without hesitation and double-checked with us before he left, that we were happy with the service, or had any more questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. It seems difficult to find really good workers/companies that have excellent customer service anymore. We were very pleased with them and would use them again if needed. We also felt that the cost was reasonable for the services provided.

The staff is very professional and pleasant. I was enrolled in the prevent a mouse program and was never rid of the mice. I was told that my house was "tight" (no entry points for mice detected) and it is a "maintenance issue" and I should continue to rebait. I have since had another company do an inspection and they found four entry points, sealed them, baited once and no mice since. They also guaranteed their work for a year.

After trying to contact several animal control companies, Critter Catchers actually answered their phone! Paul was professional & calming & was able to schedule a team to check out our issues that morning (unlike several companies that were not available for several days). Chad & David arrived on time, wore company uniforms, used shoe covers in the house, & were kind & professional. They inspected the attic, used their own ladder, did not make a mess, & put the attic cover perfectly back in place. Mice evidence was found & a treatment plan & cost was discussed. Mice bait was placed in the basement drop ceiling & the tiles were perfectly put back in place as well. We feel that the demeanor, expertise, & professionalism of Critter Catchers is worth the price. Also, Chad noticed we have a cheap-o bat house on the side of our house. He showed us the very nice bat house that Critter Catchers has for sale & explained how & why the bat house should be located off the house.

excellent place to do business. they took care of my bats about 5 years ago. so when i had this woodchuck problem i called them. they came out set a trap caught three critters. did the job. put stones in the hole filled it in. nice people too. they already have a 4.6 rating which is darn good maybe this one will make it 4.7.

I recently had Critter Catchers to my home to check out some noise in the attic. Chad, the technician, explained to me what he was going to. After the inspection he made recommendations . He made recommendations as to what the best plan of action would be to get rid of the mice. Chad explained the cost and detailed what it would be. He was very patient as I asked several questions. I am very happy with the service and would recommend this company.

No one wants to hear that they have bats and mice in the attic, but it felt slightly better having it come from Chad and Zack who were very professional and kind. They took the time to explain the removal procedure to me in a clear, and concise manner. They made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Zack and and Brian came out and did the work for the exclusion program. They did a wonderful job and both my husband and I are extreamly satisfied with Critter Catchers! I highly recommend this company.

I called Critter Catchers over 7 years ago when we moved into our home on a wooded lot and heard scratching on the walls. EVERY SINGLE phone call to the office and service call to the house has been exceptional. It’s clear that the guys who come out have good training on wildlife and are always giving recommendations based on what they found, our home history, and the time of year. Further, they are always respectful— wearing booties in the house and cleaning up any bits of dust that fall when they access the attic. This is the only company we’ll ever need for wildlife concerns.
