I’m a first time home owner and recently had air conditioning installed in my home. After the air being on for a week or so, I discovered a bat 🦇. It was flying around in my dining and living room while I was eating breakfast.
I knew I couldn’t take care of the bat on my own and needed help. I did some research on my own and discovered many things about bats. I was in a panic on getting the bat out of my house. I was concerned about how many, where they came from and what I can do to live in my new home without unwanted guests.
I called other companies and found Critter Catchers to be the company to best service my needs. It also could have been their catchy ‘on hold’ music too, lol!
The Critter technician, Aaron, was a straight shooter and gave an entire break down of a plan of action. He answered any and all questions I had. He was thorough, patient and detailed. He ended up finding mice AND bat droppings in my attic and bat droppings in my basement. Of which, the inspector, didn’t mention in the home inspection I had prior to purchasing my home.
Due to the air being installed the bats followed the cool air flow down into the basement and were hanging out down there. Aaron is a true bat inspector and used his knowledge and expertise to figure out the many places where they could have come in from, where they were hanging out, approximately how many we were dealing with, and a plan to extract them.
After Critter Catchers came and installed the bat doors and sealed up the gaps in my roof, I have felt A LOT more at ease in my own home. Which is HUGE for being a first time homeowner!
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Critter Catchers. I would use them again in the future- hands down.
