3 years agoWe had Critter Catchers come out last fall and they did ridge venting and installed a bat door on the back of our house. At the end of the winter we had a leak show up on the ceiling of my daughters bedroom. I mentioned it to Brian today ... See MoreWe had Critter Catchers come out last fall and they did ridge venting and installed a bat door on the back of our house. At the end of the winter we had a leak show up on the ceiling of my daughters bedroom. I mentioned it to Brian today as he was here to remove the bat door. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't caused from the ridge venting. Not only did they get rid of the bat but he went on the roof and caulked and closed up a spot where a ice damn had formed that had caused the leak it had nothing to do with the ridge venting. He took pictures to show me and did it out of the kindness of his heart. We have not had any issues with bats or mice since we started using this company. It is SO hard to find good quality people not to mention people who go above and beyond. I am so thankful for them and Brian's amazing customer service.

When we moved into our new home we had both a rat and bat issue. Chad from Critter Catchers came out and reassured me that we could get the problem under control. True to his word, we haven’t had an issue since. I would highly recommend this company.

3 years agoI had a bad problem with mice in my old farmhouse. Since Critter Catchers has set up their system I have not once had any evidence of mice in my home. Completed a thorough inspection and he also educated me on ways to prevent and monitor field mice activity. Critter Catchers provided bait stations and strategically placed them for efficient deterrents. I recommend Critter Catchers and currently have them on a quarterly rotation for my home.

It was a weekend and I luckily found Critter Catchers who came out right away. Turns out I had bats and mice! When m ... See MoreI have used Critter Catchers for 11 years now! It started off at my first house when I heard scratching in the wall. It was a weekend and I luckily found Critter Catchers who came out right away. Turns out I had bats and mice! When my roof was replaced and the roofers did not seal my house properly and the bats came again, I called Critter Catchers again. I eventually sold the house and when I bought my current house I called Critter Catcher again to inspect the house. There were mice and bats. And they again took care of it for me. No more bats and the mice are kept outside of the house. Not only do they effectively get rid of my pest problem, they are great to work with as well. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. I always recommend them when any one needs pest control! Highly recommend them!!!

3 years agoThey are simply the best! I used them when I had mice and now they come on a regular basis to check the traps. You don’t even need to be home if the traps are installed outside, they do the job and you pay online, super convenient!They are simply the best! I used them when I had mice and now they come on a regular basis to check the traps. We are on a program were they come refill the bait ... See MorePaul and the whole team have always been professional, courteous and punctual. They know their business! We have used Critter Catcher to rid our attic of bats and to keep the mice away. We are on a program were they come refill the bait stations every 3 or 4 months. We haven't seen or heard a mouse since. Been using this business since 2017. Highly recommend!
