3 years agoI have used Critter Catchers for the past 6 years . They are very professional and have done what I needed them to do . Keep the rodents out of my home !! . Ive been rodent free ever since. Highly recomend them. You wont be sorry.I have used Critter Catchers for the past 6 years . They are very professional and have done what I needed them to do . See MoreI started using Critter Catchers a few years ago when I had a new infestation of mice, thanks to a messy neighbor. They came in and diagnosed the issue immediately and set up the rodent boxes both inside and outside. Today I have only the outside done because the inside intervention was so effective. I’m so grateful for their expertise and Critter Catchers communicates regularly with me when it’s time to refill the outside boxes. They’re a great company. Beware of anyone who says otherwise.

See MoreThis was the third business we contacted to have bats removed from our attic. The other two failed. We have not had a single bat in our house since The Critter Catchers sealed (where the other two company’s missed) and also installed a ridge guard to prevent bats from entering. I am confident of their work and should we ever need the warranty that they will honor it. They were professional and helpful in understanding our bat problem. Highly recommend.

Secured screens so bats could not get into attics. Poison in outside heavy boxes that mice could get in eat poison..outside heavy boxes nnit accessible 2 pets kids always arrived on time. 4 appointments. Returned calls promptly even on weekends. See MoreCritter Catchers did a thorough inspection and analysis of where mice were nesting (and reproducing) in our house, and their likely points of entry. They were understanding of our desire to limit risks from their initial treatment to our kids and pets. They did a one-time indoor treatment, mostly in the attic, and set up perimeter stations to deter entry, which they periodically refill. Critter Catchers’ communication is good, and they are both efficient and friendly.

I initially called them thinking I had a bat problem and it turned out to be mice. They were honest and set clear expectations about treatment plans and the frequency of further services that would help prevent issues again in the future. This isn't the kind of company you contact when you're happy. You have a problem and they try to help you solve it. It's as simple as that. I, for one, had my frown turned upside down.

I have found them to be very professional and responsive. They always call to let me know when they're coming out, I don't have to be home and I'm able to pay online, which is great. I would recommend them for pest prevention as well as pest control.
