4 years agoI do recommend Critter Catchers for exterminating mice. Have successfully gotten rid of them. They are very knowledgeable also. They sealed everything up and provided ‘doors’ for the bats to leave. We’ve had no indoor flyers since and no s ... See MoreAn excellent company. They did a bat exclusion for us after a harrowing incident with a bat flying around in our living room. They sealed everything up and provided ‘doors’ for the bats to leave. We’ve had no indoor flyers since and no sign of them in the house. They contacted us at the 1-year mark to come out and check that everything was all right. They are professional, courteous and their work is effective. They also have always taken the time to answer any questions we might have. I initially thought their service was expensive, but now that I know everything that is involved and the follow-up care they provide, I see their work is thorough and the prices are fair.

The application of their products and system has solved our mouse problem. Just recently they were "on the ball" and noticed our bait stations were being depleted sooner than expected. They informed us and suggested an increase in stations and as a result we had no new infestation.

They are very up front about the costs involved and very helpful. Tanner took his time explaining a plan for us to get rid of and keep the critters at bay. My husband and I are looking forward to working with them as we will continue to use their service. Highly recommend!!!!
