Absolutely love the guys at the midtown location. I recently bought my second bike from them. They give exceptional service, even for something like swapping my pedals out. I’ve built a relationship with this store and will continue to shop and promote them. Everyone from manager, mechanics and sales are helpful and knowledgeable about all things bike. Excellent experience at Trek Sacramento! Bry welcomed me and talked bikes for awhile, explaining the various models. Got setup to test ride 3 bikes in one afternoon. Ultimately went with last years Domane which is my first carbon bike. Rides like a dream! It was hugely helpful that Ryan spent a bunch of time dialing in the bike fit with me. I’ve never been this comfortable on a bike before! Can’t wait to go on more and longer rides! Thanks Bry, Ryan, and Joseph!

Trek midtown location is the best. They have a great selection of bikes and equipment and exemplary customer service. Shout out to Joseph for showing me how to switch out my pedals. These guys will help you with whatever you need. I speak very highly of these mechanics, they are all great!

This is my second bike I bought from this shop. Dan and Larry was the one who helped me purchase my Trek Domane SL. Awesome service. They didn’t have the matte color but Dan went out to another trek store to bring it here.
