They went above and beyond to ensure I found a bike that met my needs. They went to two different stores to pick up bikes for me even after I had to return the first one because I decided it was a bit too big. The manager and staff are excellent. They have a customer for life!

I recently ordered and received a new Trek Project 1 special order road bike through this store, and the experience was most positive and gratifying. The staff showed expert knowledge in tailoring the order and components (handle bars, stem, seat, wheels) to my needs; and when the bike arrived and they built it to have the same fit as my old bike, they did an expert job! They preserved every minute detail of my former bike fit such that my first ride (42 mi) was perfect, with no need for adjustments. The expert, customer care shown by Ben and Allen (and maybe others whom I did not meet?) was second to none! Even more impressive -- they did this under duress while being shorthanded.

I dropped in from out of town and was treated like a valued regular. So much service and attention for a very small thing I was looking for. Honestly, so good that though I don't live near Sacramento, I come often enough (a few times a year) that I will bring my bike and business here whenever I do come to town.

I had an incredible service experience with Travis who just transferred to the store but already had a deep knowledge about bicycles. I am just beginning my cycling journey and picked out a decent starter (Dual Sport 2). Travis provided insight on how that bike aligned with what I needed out of a bike but didn't overwhelm me with bike details I wouldn't understand at this stage of getting in to cycling.
The bike wasn't available at the store and I was impressed with how quickly Travis had the bike transferred from another location.
I would highly recommend this location if you're looking to buy a bike and I'll definitely be back soon to purchase accessories.
