The team in Midtown is incredibly kind and patient. I walked in just knowing which model I likely wanted to try and they made sure I had all the info I would need about the bike model, bike clubs in the area, and potential races. When I picked up the bike, they showed me some essential accessories and some nice-to-haves once I get more comfortable. I never felt like they were pushing anything I didn't need. This was a great experience for a newbie like me and I've already recommended the shop to a couple friends who are interested in upgrading their bikes.

Walked in today and they fixed both my front and back breaks in 5 minutes! The guy who helped me was nice enough to only charge me for one break adjustment since they were able to fix it so quickly. Great service, thank you for the help!

The service and sales staff are awesome! This is why I will keep coming back. The services provided were excellent! New 3.5 mm bar tape wrap and rear mechanical disc brake adjustment and repair on the rotor. Took my bike out today and I could not be more satisfied.

They went above and beyond to ensure I found a bike that met my needs. They went to two different stores to pick up bikes for me even after I had to return the first one because I decided it was a bit too big. The manager and staff are excellent. They have a customer for life!
