Incredible staff, both front and back (sales & service). Recently bought a used bike on EBay. Brought it in to this store and received a warm welcome. Purchased a few items & accessories (at fair pricing) and service put them on my bicycle free of charge. I highly recommend this store for any of your bicycle needs and I will call Trek Midtown my new bicycle home. Thanks to all the staff for the awesome customer service.

Picked up a Marlin 5 gen 3 and rode it the 1.5 hours home to Ranch Cordova. Immediately in mid town traffic i could feel the difference in quality from my previous bike. Shortly after getting on the bike trail I come to a detour that takes me to a gravel road that gave me no problems at all, in fact I probably could have taken it a lot faster, but didn't want to because it was so new.
Friendly, knowledgeable, employees with a great product to sell. If you are on the fence about the price (because they are pricey), rest assured that it includes a free tune up that will save you easily $125 in the future.

Super honest shop. I’m a novice cyclist and I came in for a tune-up expecting to have a lot done but the guys told me my bike was in good shape and just needed a few things replaced. Really appreciated their honesty. Will definitely come again!

I've been to this store 3 times now and the service is excellent. Daniel installed new bike pedals while I waited a short while ago. They have plenty of accessories (much more than other bike stores) and everyone if very helpful.

I just picked up my bike and was very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and workmanship I received on a major tune-up and overhaul in replacing a defective derailleur and other components from the cassette, chain, brake pads, etc. Last February, I had recently purchased a used 2017 Trek Emonda SLR-9 and wanted to go directly to an authorized Trek dealer or factory outlet and found Trek Bicycle Midtown to be a great find. When I called to check on the status of the repairs, I also appreciated their responsiveness in keeping me informed of their findings and not feeling rushed in them taking the time for answering my questions. I will be back in the spring for my semi-annual tune up and look forward to working with them again. I value the quality of honest skilled technicians/mechanics and would gladly recommend this outfit to anyone who has a Trek bicycle.
