Last time I owned and rode a bike on a daily basis, Ronald Reagan was our President. So I had A LOT to catch up on when I recently bought my fat tire e-bike. The employees at Trek have been so helpful and patient while answering the questions a man in his 50's probably shouldn't need to ask. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love the guys at the midtown location. I recently bought my second bike from them. They give exceptional service, even for something like swapping my pedals out. I’ve built a relationship with this store and will continue to shop and promote them. Everyone from manager, mechanics and sales are helpful and knowledgeable about all things bike.
