We were a little skeptical when we heard David sold to Trek, such a large entity. Our skepticism was quickly alleviated right off the bat. Asa made our experience 5 star. He went above and beyond. Customer service seems to be a lost skill, but not here. Asa’s friendliness and knowledge are bar none.

My wife and I both purchased the sane model Dual Sport and love them! The team at the Waterford Lakes location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Scot, Asa, and the mechanic (don't know his name) provide excellent customer service and make sure customers are completely satisfied when they leave the store. 100% recommend putting your trust in these guys!

Very happy with my experience at this Trek store. I know The is a big name in cycling, but they provided a small store feel. I felt welcomed and they listened to all of my needs and wants. Very happy with my choice to get a Trek and to shop at this location.

I like the bikes a lot but what makes the difference is the outstanding customer service at the Waterford Lakes store. They are highly knowledgeable and I trusted their advice from the beginning. Wow, those guys are awesome. Great service. They treat you like they’ve known you for years. I was very impressed. I went to buy one bike and ended up buying two. Not kidding. I already had plans to buy a specialized bike from another store for my daughter but due to Scott’s recommendation and the great service I opted for the Trek bike instead of the specialized. Yes ladies and gentlemen great service helps sales a ton. I’m still amazed with the quality of the bikes I got there. The Roscoe I bought feels amazing and you actually feel that you are riding an actual premium bike. My daughter is crazy about her dual sport 1 Gen 5. Thank you to the staff, you guys made the whole difference.

Scott and Asa were extremely helpful to my father and I as we didn’t know much about bikes or what would be a good fit for us. Scott allowed us to test drive multiple different types to see what was a good fit for what we were looking for. Him and Asa even helped us load the bikes and disassemble the front wheel to make sure we knew what to do after leaving!

Just went in the other day to get my tire replaced. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. I just finished treatment for stage 4 cancer so having someone willing to go out of their way to help me as much as they did, between helping me load my bike into my car in the rain and giving me discounts on the parts I needed, was a huge relief. The guys at the shop really made my day. I can't thank Asa enough. Just absolutely exceptional service!
