I have used many home inspectors over the years. Talon Home Inspectors is the best I have seen. Carlo takes his time and focuses on each property he inspects. He isn't rushing through your potential home to get to the next. He is thoughtfully and thoroughly inspecting the home you are interested in. His reports are complete, have detailed photos of concerns whether big or small and his recommendations are invaluable. He is very fairly priced and I feel much more comfortable about the home we are purchasing. Talon Home Inspectors provides me with a level of confidence about what we are buying and I thank him very much for that.
