Carlo made the entire process very easy and straightforward. He was incredibly thorough with the inspection and took time to do a complete walkthrough and point out every detail to help us make sure our first house purchase was a good one. He was also very easy to get in contact with and quick to respond to any questions we had. My wife and I will gladly recommend Talon Home Inspections to anyone in the area!

The communication has been great and I really appreciate the time and attention to detail that was shown to us. The interactive digital inspection report and automatic repair request generation is light years ahead of what our last inspector gave us for a previous home. I would highly recommend Talon Home Inspections and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Carlo was very thorough, detail oriented and prompt with returning messages. After spending hours doing the home inspection, he spent about another hour with me to go through all his findings. He explained why certain items would be listed as repairs in his report and answered any question that I had. Carlo also provided recommendations for future home maintenance. As a first time home buyer this was great! I also appreciated that the report he provided was very detailed but easy to read. Thank you Carlo!
