Carlo was fantastic! He was extremely thorough, literally testing every outlet in the house and taking detailed photos and videos of everything. The inspection report was extremely detailed but also had a condensed summary to highlight the most important findings. During the walkthrough, he answered every single one of our questions with patience and understandable language. We would never do another home inspection in Lexington with anyone else!!! He may be more expensive than others but the difference in price is well worth it.

Carlos is an amazing housing inspector and that’s why we’ve hired him for second time. My wife and I could not settle for anyone else to inspect our home. He combs through homes with fine detail and precision, expect up to four hours for an inspection. He’s very up to date with coding standards and has great safety awareness, he treats every house he inspects as if he was the one buying the property. At the end of the inspection and walk through he will give you a book called, “How to Operate Your Home.” It helps first time buyers who may know of nothing of owning a home and what to expect, consider it like an owners manual. His website is super easy to navigate and he’s very accessible. I guarantee you’ll look nowhere else once you have Carlos inspect your home.
