Carlo was fully invested and provided a 100 page report with photos of every item from small to critical elements. They include a booklet on what to inspect in your home and serial numbers of all appliances that can be further inspected for recalls or just to have on hand. The summary made it simple for us to provide our realtor with a repairs list within a matter of hours. I highly recommend Talon and Carlo especially if you need a home inspection. He had the utmost professionalism.

He also worked with us on short notice and was so accommodating. He was clearly an expert and extremely knowledgeable so you can trust his judgement. They only do one inspection per day so as to be able to take as much time as needed and to avoid having to rush for a next appointment. Will absolutely be recommending them for all our friends. I can't thank Carlo enough!
