I would highly recommend Carlo and Talon Home Inspections. This was our first home purchase, and Carlo walked us through everything he found in the inspection and was very attentive throughout. He answered any questions I had even weeks after my inspection. The report was extremely thorough, and included how to potentially fix the issues and what to watch out for later on, so it was very helpful. He provided information he didn't necessarily have to just for our benefit, and provided a handy homeowners book for us to use. The online checklist to give to the seller was very helpful and easy to use. I was going to go with my realtor's inspector, but decided it would be best to get an unbiased and highly rated inspector, and I'm glad I did!

Being a first time home buyer I was really nervous about finding the right home inspector. I looked at reviews and shopped around before selecting Talon. Carlo had amazing reviews so I decided to give him a shot. I could be more impressed with how great he was. He did a full inspection plus Radon. After the inspection he was very professional and helpful walking me through the entire house and explaining all the details of what he found as well as suggestions on what to fix in the near future that weren’t major risks before closing. He was also very helpful after the fact of going all over it again with me over the phone (so I made sure I had my facts right). I will be calling him in the future if I suspect something is wrong! Highly recommend. He’s worth every penny and he honestly values his career making sure you’re comfortable with your potential new home!
