Carlo’s responses were prompt, thorough, kind, and professional. He did a very thorough inspection of our home, walked us through all of the findings, and happily answered all of our questions. His report was very detailed and easy to read/follow. He even gave us tips for future home maintenance. I strongly encourage anyone looking for an inspector to contact Carlo!
