Everything was extremely professional, the service was prompt and courteous, and Carlo gives it to you straight. He knows his stuff, and he shares everything with you. His report is incredible, and he gets it to you super fast. I was astonished with the clarity and amount of detail in the report, and the fact that I had it within a day. Plus, his prices are beyond fair. I highly recommend Talon Home Inspection to everyone!!

Our realtor said that he has never met a home inspector who is more thorough than Carlo. We are out of state and he took extra time to discuss his findings with us via telephone (to the tune of a 90 minute phone conversation). It is as if he is planning on buying the house himself. Highly recommended.

He was so thorough, and made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated the most was the book he gave us about home maintenance minor repairs. I know it will price very useful! It was also wonderful that he inspects on the weekends so my husband was about to be there when it’s difficult for him to take off work.
