He was professional, prompt, and extremely thorough. He provided a lot of detailed information in his report, and spent extra time answering any questions we had both over the phone and in person. Thanks to his findings, we avoided purchasing a house that would have been extremely costly to repair and burdensome as first time home buyers. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone and will certainly be using his expertise again.
