See MoreSince we are relocating to a different state and first time home-buyers, we were nervous about finding a reliable inspector from an area we weren't familiar with. We called Talon Home Inspections based off of the wonderful reviews we saw online. We were not disappointed in the least with the service we received from Carlo. It was top notch and really helped put us at ease for this portion of the home buying experience. Carlo had no problem with us being on-site during the inspection and when he was done with his walk-through, he took the time to walk us through and show all of the items that were of most concern and then some. His full report at the end was very detailed as well. We highly recommend Talon Home Inspections!!

He was super professional from our initial call to set up the inspection. He was kind enough to call us to let us know he was finished a little early so we was able to meet earlier to do walk-through. This worked out great for us as we are from out of town. Carlo walked us in an orderly fashion throughout the entire house. He explained every single thing thoroughly including both issues that needed immediate repair and helpful tips to keep things running smoothly into the future. We actually learned a lot and it gave us a clear picture of what needed to be done before closing on the property. The report received was phenomenal. It included all of the information and more with super helpful photos. It also included information on all major equipment including model numbers and age. We received the report that same day. We highly recommend him!!!

Carlo was thoughtful, friendly, and very thorough with the inspection. He went through the inspection report with us and answered all of our questions. Carlo also provided pictures and video which helped so much since we are out of state. We can't say enough nice things about him! We definitely recommend him and would use his services again in the future.
