He was quick to reply– very clear contract, thorough in his attention to details and very considerate in his communications. We were able to get the timing we needed – flexible availability – and a verbal report immediately following his inspection with a hard report within 48 hours that facilitated us with a smart decision on the purchase of the property. He was thorough, detailed and had great recommendations. It was an easy transaction with everything we were looking for from them. Would highly recommend.
