See MoreOur inspector Carlo was fantastic. Extremely thorough. He went over the place with a fine tooth comb and pointed out some issues we were able to negotiate concessions for as well as other things that we will be sure to fix up as soon as we move in in order to prolong the health and improve the efficiency of our new home. Will employ Talon and specifically request Carlo if/when we need another home inspection in the future. Definitely recommend

7 years agoCarlo is the best!!! Can't go wrong with the quality of work this guy puts in. If u want to make sure your getting what you pay for this is the man to call. See MoreThere's a reason Carlo (and, by extension, Talon) has only 5 star reviews - simply put, he's fantastic. He's incredibly professional and thorough and those are two things you definitely want when finding someone to inspect the biggest purchase you'll ever make. The inspection itself took approximately 4 hours to complete. Once I showed up, the walk-through and explanation of inspection took us around an hour or so. He explains the findings in depth enough to where you understand what's going on with the house, then turns around and puts even more detailed findings in the report, along with pictures and suggestions. I'll definitely use Carlo again.

See MoreSince we are relocating to a different state and first time home-buyers, we were nervous about finding a reliable inspector from an area we weren't familiar with. We called Talon Home Inspections based off of the wonderful reviews we saw online. We were not disappointed in the least with the service we received from Carlo. It was top notch and really helped put us at ease for this portion of the home buying experience. Carlo had no problem with us being on-site during the inspection and when he was done with his walk-through, he took the time to walk us through and show all of the items that were of most concern and then some. His full report at the end was very detailed as well. We highly recommend Talon Home Inspections!!
