His detailed documentation and explanation is unparalleled. He treats the inspection like it is his home. HIGHLY recommend him if you are buying a home. The only regret is that i did not find him before the drywall was up. Worth every penny.

Carlo is easy to communicate with, answers any questions you may have, he did a very thorough job and a couple days later he gave us a follow up call to check to see how everything was going. He was thorough and took the time to explain what he had found. My husband and I have bought three homes, and by far, Carlo's inspection was the best. I wouldn't consider anyone else if we ever needed to buy another home in the area.
