Carlo was great! He was super professional from our initial call to set up the inspection. He was kind enough to call us to let us know he was finished a little early so we was able to meet earlier to do walk-through. This worked out great for us as we are from out of town. Carlo walked us in an orderly fashion throughout the entire house. He explained every single thing thoroughly including both issues that needed immediate repair and helpful tips to keep things running smoothly into the future. We actually learned a lot and it gave us a clear picture of what needed to be done before closing on the property. The report received was phenomenal. It included all of the information and more with super helpful photos. It also included information on all major equipment including model numbers and age. We received the report that same day. We highly recommend him!!!

We are moving between states and our realtor recommended Talon Home Inspections. Carlo was thoughtful, friendly, and very thorough with the inspection. He went through the inspection report with us and answered all of our questions. Carlo also provided pictures and video which helped so much since we are out of state. Very detailed, thorough, with incredible attention to detail. He took his time, answered every question I had, and sent a very user-friendly report with photos and explanations. I ended up not buying the house and will choose Talon again in the future.
