He was very thorough and detailed on our walk through as well as on our inspection report. I feel very well informed about the safety issues brought to light in the inspection, as well as learning a lot about our house that I never would have thought to ask. I would definitely use this company again in the future, highly recommend!

He walked around and inside of the house and explained all details of his findings. Provided a nice report with pictures and suggestions for ow to fix the problem. It was easy for me to download the list to provide it to seller. He followed up with us if we needed anything else. Nice friendly guy.

His detailed documentation and explanation is unparalleled. He treats the inspection like it is his home. HIGHLY recommend him if you are buying a home. The only regret is that i did not find him before the drywall was up. Worth every penny.
