His work continues to be exceptionally thorough, he is honest and upfront with issues, and he stands behind his inspections if you ever have questions. Carlo caught a number of issues that ended up being very costly repairs; thanks to his excellent work and inspection report, the seller had to address those issues and it saved us a lot of time and money on the home. I highly recommend using Talon Home Inspections. You will absolutely be thankful you did.

See MoreI hired Carlo to do an inspection on a brand new home. I was hesitant because it was a new construction and a large home, so the inspection wasn't cheap (though Talon's price was competitive). However, I'm glad I did the inspection. Carlo made a number of good recommendations and I was able to have the builder address any issues before the closing. Carlo's report was excellent- detailed with high quality pictures. I believe the pdf version was 76 pages long. It was worth it alone to learn more about the house. Carlo's walk-thru was much more informative than any of the walk-thrus we had with the builders' supervisors.
