The photos and examples in his report were all very helpful, and he spent about 90 minutes doing a full walk through of the house with me and my husband. See MoreWe selected Carlo (Talon Home Inspections) to conduct a pre-contract home inspection. We were VERY impressed with the time spent on the inspection, his findings, professionalism, and attention to detail. Carlo met with us immediately after his inspection and relayed valuable and honest information about the inspection and answered our questions. The following day we received our 52-page report that contained his write ups, photos, videos, and diagrams that fully explained his findings. We have shared his report with others, and they too are impressed. We really appreciate his time and thoroughness that provided a report we can use going forward. If we need another, we'll be calling Carlo!

Does not rush through the home and took the time to walk through the home with us following his inspection. Friendly and thorough, made the time to answer all of our questions and gave a detailed report of the home. I am very happy that we found TALON for our home inspection!

From the first phone call, I knew he was the right choice. Carlo accommodated our schedule and was on-time to our appointment. He took a systematic approach to thoroughly inspecting our home. Along the way, he made suggestions, answered my concerns, and took care to return everything to its original state. At the end, Carlo talked through his findings with me in detail and answered all of my remaining questions. I have rarely had the privilege to hire a professional with Carlo's integrity, wisdom, and attention to detail. It's evident that he cares deeply about his work.
