If you are moving anywhere into the lexington, Ky are i highly reccomend him. He took 5-6 hours for inspection and walkthrough. We did buy the first home he inspected so I called him for the inspection on the sceond as well. He is very thorough. The full inspection was received the next day with detail and reccomendations. You can also create a repair list directly from his inspection page. Carlo was professional and personal and you wont find anyone who does a better inspection job.

His work continues to be exceptionally thorough, he is honest and upfront with issues, and he stands behind his inspections if you ever have questions. Carlo caught a number of issues that ended up being very costly repairs; thanks to his excellent work and inspection report, the seller had to address those issues and it saved us a lot of time and money on the home.
