See MoreI hired Carlo to do an inspection on a brand new home. I was hesitant because it was a new construction and a large home, so the inspection wasn't cheap (though Talon's price was competitive). However, I'm glad I did the inspection. Carlo made a number of good recommendations and I was able to have the builder address any issues before the closing. Carlo's report was excellent- detailed with high quality pictures. I believe the pdf version was 76 pages long. It was worth it alone to learn more about the house. Carlo's walk-thru was much more informative than any of the walk-thrus we had with the builders' supervisors.
