See MoreCarlo inspected a home for me and to say he was thorough would be an understatement. He spent ~5 hours at the home, then spent an additional hour walking me through and explaining all of his findings. Not only did he explain every problem, but offered solutions and actions to be taken for each one. The following day he sent me an incredibly detailed report with pictures, videos, and explanations of each of his findings. My anxiety about purchasing an older home is much reduced now that I have a list of things that need to be done, as well as suggestions/solutions on how to go about it. I would (and have already) highly recommended Talon Home Inspections to family and friends looking to buy in the area.
