Carlo is amazing, friendly, personable, and goes the extra mile. His attention to detail and documentation is unsurpassed in my book. Not only does he conduct a thorough job, he provided maintenance instructions and information for us as first-time home buyers. Even when we called randomly to ask about an item we discussed, he quickly referred us to a section in his document off the cuff without looking. He is that good. There is service. Carlo was incredibly detail oriented and very thorough with my home inspection. He was very professional yet down to earth, and explained his findings and concerns both in the walk-through and his final report. He made sure to cover each item in his report in an objective manor without any bias. Even though the house had relatively few problems, his report was still exceptionally detailed. Upon seeing the report itself, each home-owning friend of mine lamented the fact that they did not employ Talon for their home inspection services. If I am ever in need of another inspection, I will absolutely call on Carlo for his services again. If I could give him more than five stars, I would.

The job was extremely thorough. As a first time home buyer (without a real estate agent), I was very nervous about the entire process. I have no background knowledge to know what things to look for that may be a cause of concern now or for the future. The inspection took almost four hours (for a 1600 sq ft home) and he spent an additional hour to go through the entire home with me to show and explain to me what he found (both positive and negative). Though, I do not have a previous experience which to base my opinion on, my mother was with me during the review, and she does have a previous experience which to compare this inspection, and she too was impressed! Home inspection companies are not required to do much according to national standards, however Talon Home Inspections went well above the standards and my expectations! I would definitely recommend Talon Home Inspections to anyone. Thanks again!
