He put together a very detailed and thorough report that addressed any and all issues he found at my new home. He even included some general maintenance items, and threw in some small details such as the location of the main water shutoff valve for our future reference. Highly recommend!

See MoreAfter doing my research online to try and find the best home inspector I could to insure that our new home would be everything we expected I narrowed my choice down to Carlo and I'm so glad that I did. This is the second property that I had Carlo inspect in less than a month. The first house didn't work out due to Carlo's great inspection and detailed report. This one we're taking though! He has an eye for details and leaves no stone un-turned and will put forth maximum effort for you. I highly recommend to anyone looking for piece of mind on your home or new home purchase.

He had good ratings. We made arrangements for the inspection. I liked that he was willing to spend 4 to 5 hours on a thorough inspection. Carlo was on time. Very professional. He covered everything. And, I mean every detail. He took pictures. He made constant notes. No shortcuts. As it turned out, the job required 8.5 hours for completion. Carlo didn't skimp on anything. He gives great advice. At the end, he would not charge more than he quoted even though the job took twice as long. I added some to the payment anyway because he deserved it. Then, Carlo promptly followed up with the inspection report. If you can get Carlo, don't even bother looking at other inspectors.
