He is incredibly thorough in his inspection and takes the time to give you an extensive walkthrough to explain his findings and thoughts. He explains things in terms that are easy to understand and he's very patient if you have questions. I will definitely be recommending Carlo to my friends and family. See MoreI would recommend Talon Home Inspection to everyone. Carlo is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Also, he takes the time to go over the details of his findings, explaining in "layman's" terms the issues inside and out of the structure. He makes himself available to answer any questions you may have once you receive the completed report. A consummate professional - I'd give him more stars if Google allowed it.

Extremely thorough inspection and advised us on our repair options. He let us know when things were outside his expertise and advised who we should talk to in order to make the best decision. The first inspection I have needed, but honestly probably the last inspector I'll ever need to know. Carlo was excellent and my realtor and her husband (a contractor) agreed he was very good at his job. Thanks Carlo you will hear from us in the future when we go to buy the next home.

See MoreI loved how thorough and kind our inspector was. He spent plenty of time checking every electrical outlet and nook and cranny then called us over at the end to do a tour of the GOOD and bad; which I'm glad because you want to know what you are investing in. He went over ways we can improve minor issues in the future, gave us a helpful book with illustrations, opened his phone lines to all hours of the day to answer questions and was very knowledgeable. The report had plenty of pictures, was easy to read, had his reccomendations to fix things that were critical and minor and by whom and arrows pointing to what he was talking about.
