Carlo worked to fit us in on the day we needed and did a fantastic job on the inspection. He is very thorough and professional, and gave us a very detailed report. This is our first house, and he really went the extra mile and discussed not only the issues he found, but also gave us a lot of information on general home maintenance and care. We were very happy with Carlo and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

Carlo was able to work us into a very tight schedule, walk us through the property, and gave us a clear and concise report on the items he found. He further helped us get additional expert opinion as needed. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we had a whole picture of the property. I appreciate his thoroughness and will use him again if we find another potential property!

Carlo was professional, timely, and most importantly, very thorough. We received his report within 24 hours. It gave a very detailed picture of everything he went over the day before, with pictures showing any issues as well as descriptions of potential future problems. Would absolutely recommend Talon Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection!
