Carlo is incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly, thorough. You will receive a bible about your (potential) home, letting you know in fine detail every good and bad thing about it. There is a reason then name Talon Home Inspections came up over and over again when I was asking friends for a inspector reference. Don't let Carlo's weird preference for Sammy Hagar over David Lee Roth fool you, he is the man for the job.

I was so relieved at having chosen Talon because they checked every box. Patient, professional, thorough, friendly, etc. He was able to explain everything in a way that saved me from buying a house that was not right for my family. I can't recommend them enough!
