The walk-thru with him and the incredible report are so valuable to us in prioritizing repairs and modernizing safety aspects of the home. I would always recommend that an inspection is done prior to buying a home, especially an old one, and the thoroughness with which Carlo performed both the inspection, and the clarity of the reported items is impressive to say the least. Thanks to Talon Home Inspections, we can move forward with confidence, knowing so much more about all the systems and structures of our new home!

He is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything he sees. I also really like the inspection report software that he uses that allows you to create a list of repairs for the seller or for yourself and to add additional notes to those items. That will be so helpful as I move through my to-do list on the 1963 home I purchased. With help from Carlo's expertise, I feel I know what I'm getting into!

See MoreCarlo performed a home inspection on a victorian home we were considering purchasing. We noticed some items of concern when we first went to look at the home and hired Carlo to perform a thorough inspection before making an offer. Carlo was *incredibly* thorough in his inspection and went in depth in his explanation of his findings. I would recommend Carlo to anyone looking to purchase any home but especially older homes which may have grandfathered in components due to their age! 5 stars!
