The inspector who came through was incredible—extremely detailed, highly personable, and extraordinarily professional. He took the time to explain his findings in a way that was both informative, and I even learned a few things along the way. What impressed me most was his ability to notice issues that previous contractors overlooked, which speaks volumes about the thoroughness and expertise of this company. I’m beyond happy I chose Talent Home Inspection and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a top-tier home inspection.

This is the second time we used Talon Home Inspection. We enjoyed his thorough and in-depth process that it was a no brainer to go with him again. Carlo does care about his clients. Called him couple days after the inspection with questions/concern but he was unable to pickup his phone. I left a voicemail and he called be back later that day and gave his professional opinion. I highly recommend Carlo!

5 months agoThe inspector was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process. The results were provided the same day. He also gave us recommendations for maintaining our new home home. Well worth the time and expense.The inspector was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process. See MoreCarlo was very thorough and took the time to explain every little detail included in the inspection. The reader friendly report was wonderful, as was the option to make a list of just the things I had hoped the Sellers would repair/replace. Lastly, the items listed on the report for our information, like the location of the water shut-off, location of the returns for changing air filters, suggested prevention, etc, were incredibly helpful. I would suggest Carlo to my family, friends and clients. He is worth every star in the rating!
