This has been my second home inspection using Carlo with Talon Home Inspections, and I wouldn't call anyone else. His attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and information he provides after the inspection in person, through his reports with explanations and photos, book, and follow up is unmatched. See MoreAbsolutely the finest, most complete home inspection I have ever received. Talon Home Inspections is simply the best. I have purchased several homes and never had an inspection so complete. This was a large, 5 bedroom house built in 1830 with several outbuildings that were inspected as well. The inspector took all this into consideration and clearly identified age-related issues within the report. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them without reservation.
