It was an absolute pleasure getting to meet and talk with Carlo. His inspection was very thorough and the amount of detail provided was nothing short of fantastic. The walk through after the inspection was extremely helpful and he answered every question that we had. He was also communicated extremely well throughout the process with appointment reminders and a call letting us know when to expect him to finish on inspection day. I cannot say enough great things about Carlo but I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their home inspected. Definitely worth every penny.

Every aspect of the home was inspected in detail. His walk through with me included good explanations of both issues that need to be addressed and just general information of how systems in the home work. He was well worth the money I paid for this inspection. Would highly recommend him.

Walking through the home with him was a learning experience. He is knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and provided us with resources for home owning.
