I highly recommend him for any future home buyers. Even when the home seller was less than cordial with him regarding an additional inspection, Carlos remained professional and flexible and was still able to get the inspection done in a quick time frame. His pictures and videos to accompany any discrepancies was an excellent addition to his services.

Due to my time line he was able to get it done quick. He was extremely thorough and very honest, took plenty of pictures and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the report the detail of each issue found and recommendations. He found items I wouldn’t have even thought about and I’m extremely happy he did! I will recommend him to everyone!!!!

Also the walk-through he offers at the end of the inspection really helps you to understand anything that he may have found. Highly recommendExtremely informative inspection.
