Called up Carlo, super professional over the phone. This is a home we didn't have inspected as it was a family home (should have still got it inspected and still might). Carlo came out and immediately went to work. Explained everything perfectly well and he even noted the stuff he saw in our basement as potential issues. Long story short, five years later and he is still impressive in his knowledge and professionalism to the job.

Carlo was very thorough and very patient with the homeowners that were paranoid about covid and refused to leave the home while he performed the inspection. He did a general inspection as well as a radon test. Carlo found a number of things that required attention and some were safety items that the owners will rectify prior to closing. I would highly recommend Carlo for an inspection.
