Carlo is excellent at what he does, honest and genuinely has the customer’s best interest at heart. The inspection reports are very detailed. I’ve had friends that have gotten inspections done through other companies around town read the report(s) I’ve received from Talon and couldn’t believe how thorough they were and paled in comparison to the inspection experience they received (that was usually way more expensive)! Really great company and guy. I will absolutely use him again if needed (and I have: I’ve gotten three inspections with him and the quality was top notch for each)!

He is very thorough and will find things you never thought of. We used another company for a potential home a few months ago and they weren't nearly as good, even though they have highest good feedback. Call Carlo, you won't regret it.
