He is thorough in his assessment of the property, but also very balanced in his judgement about repairs to be made. He pointed out things during his walkthrough that were very helpful from the point of view of future home owners as well as for home repairs. I would definitely use him in future and recommend him to anyone.

See MoreCarlo was very thorough and took the time to explain everything (big or small) he found and answer all of the questions I had. His report included pictures and videos of inspected areas of the home, as well as "for your information" items that were inspected to be functional but a homeowner should know about, such as the location of the dryer vent pipe and the serial & model numbers of appliances. He also provided me with a book that explains proper home maintenance with illustrations, which I greatly appreciate as a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend his service!

I had many questions, which he was more than happy to answer and also provided many examples to ensure my understanding and clarity. Carlo's communications were always consistent and transparent. He extended his expertise and assistance beyond just the home inspection which is very reassuring! You can tell that he cares about his customers and wants to be as helpful as possible! Highly recommend.
