See MoreI didn't know what to expect as a first time home buyer, but Carlo made me feel reassured with the process and explained in detail how the inspection would go. He was thorough during the walk through and answered all our questions. He followed up a couple days after the home inspection to make sure we were okay and didn't have any other questions. I definitely recommend TALON Home Inspections!

During the entire process he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He went over every aspect of our inspection and made sure we knew what was going on the entire time. This was our first home inspection experience and we couldn't have asked for a better inspector to guide us through it. I would 100% recommend Talon Home Inspections to anyone looking to get their potential home inspected.

The amount of detail in the report was beyond my expectations. Home inspections use an HTML report format that allows for photos and videos of the inspection along with recommendations. They also offer a home owner inspection book that allows for keeping tracking of any improvement or repairs done in the future and has tons of tips and recommendations.
