Carlo is very detailed in his inspection. He is thorough in his assessment of the property, but also very balanced in his judgement about repairs to be made. He pointed out things during his walkthrough that were very helpful from the point of view of future home owners as well as for home repairs. I would definitely use him in future and recommend him to anyone.

Carlo was very thorough and took the time to explain everything (big or small) he found and answer all of the questions I had. His report included pictures and videos of inspected areas of the home, as well as "for your information" items that were inspected to be functional but a homeowner should know about, such as the location of the dryer vent pipe and the serial & model numbers of appliances. He also provided me with a book that explains proper home maintenance with illustrations, which I greatly appreciate as a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend his service!

Carlo completed our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about all of the home systems. He spent many hours taking his time completing the inspection. Once the inspection was finished he took as much as necessary to walk us through every aspect and explain the items and what repairs were necessary. Safety is a main concern for him and he explained safety concerns as well. While he is not the cheapest inspector I do believe when the investment is this large it’s most important to have a detailed oriented expert complete the job. In his case you get what you pay for and I would definitely say it was worth the cost. I would use Talon home inspections again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection. I also know this is his normal way of conducting business because my son used him twice and was highly satisfied both times.
