See MoreEdit 12/27/24: The first home we had insepcted with Carlo we ended up passing on due in part to his expert identification of significant complications with the home. Having felt confident and trusting in Carlo and his inspection we chose to utilize his skills again for a second home. Again, Carlo found major structural complications with this second home that would have cost multiplicities of tens of thousands of dollars to repair. Carlo's work has proven reproducible through and trustworthy, and due to his efforts in helping us understand prospective home purchases, he has saved us now multiple times from potentially catastrophic purchases that would have put our financial well being, health, and safety in jeopardy. If i could rate Carlo higher than 5/5, i would. this man deserves a 10/5 and is someone I would authentically recommend without question. We will continue to utilize Carlo and his expertise moving forward and will recommend him for anyone who asks us for a good home inspector Carlo at TALON Home Inspections is not just good. He is Fantastic. He is THE person you should use for your home inspections. It is rare to find a service that I would recommend without conditions or reservations. Carlo and Talon Home Inspections were genuine and fantastic and left both myself and my wife truly trusting his work. Carlo seemed to authentically care about us and the home we were going to purchase and went above and beyond to ensure the home was safe within the scope of home inspections.
