We are incredibly impressed by Carlo’s thoroughness and all of the help he has provided. The report we received of our new home identified areas of concern that we were able to remedy with our builder, and also included information about all of the house’s systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical). As new homeowners, Carlo’s report is going to be a great reference guide for regular maintenance and for addressing any issues that arise. We can’t recommend Talon Home Inspections enough and we are so grateful to Carlo for all the help and guidance he has provided!

The report was very thorough, detailed and helpful. Carlo also took the time to explain all current and potential issues found during the inspection. Buying a home is a huge investment so you really want the best of the best to inspect it before you make this decision. We highly recommend Carlo for this crucial job.
