Trek Bicycle Summit provided an outstanding experience when I brought my bike in for some new components (shifters, brakes and rear derailleur). The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly going above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible outcome going over every single part with me plus making suggestions along the way. They even told me some of the parts were actually cheaper than what was originally ordered. The bike came out fantastic. This was my first time there but I would not hesitate to bring my bike back even though I live in NYC. Worth the trip!
