We LOVE Paycor! It is extremely organized on the home dashboard. You can see exactly where candidates are in the process and the email function embedded within the platform is out of this world helpful! Paycor is so organized and is extremely pleasing to the eye. As someone who likes a quick snapshot of all our open positions, Paycor follows through with exactly where we are at.

If you have to manage payroll, it is a great platform. Customer service is great, the platform is customizable, and it is user friendly. The add-ons are icing on the cake. Recruiting is a great module and implementing Benefits was a great experience. The employees are engaged in the use of the software and the supervisors find it easy to use too.

Paycor has allowed us to handle all stages of the employee life cycle. The applicant tracking system automatically posts your jobs to several job boards as well as internally. Our background check vendor is connected to the applicant tracking system making that very easy to complete. Once an employee is hired it sends them to the Paycor system and an email sent so all HR documents can be completed before the employee arrives on Day 1.

If you are looking for a great tracking tool that is easy to use, if you want analytics to what you are doing on your recruiting efforts, and if you want an easy system that allows you to send resumes without using a separate email use Paycor.

As an HR Generalist who is also the sole recruiter for our small company of 70 EEs, I particularly LOVE the texting feature included in the Recruiting section. Timing is everything these days when it comes to hiring! This allows me REAL-TIME communication with applicants. You can choose to text or email the candidate directly from within the program. I can also track where I'm at with each applicant at each step of the process. Helpful to have all that info in one place for myself and increases communication efficiency if there are multiple recruiters.
