I am grateful for the consistency of Trek bikes and the consistency of the service provided by the Trek professionals. I purchased a Pro Series Trek in 1986 at the Trek store in Reynoldburg. In 2014 I built and purchased a Project One Domane and received it through the Dublin Trek store. This month, I purchased a 2026 Checkpoint XL 6 AXS at the Trek store in Gahanna. This represents 40 years of TreK 1) Existence, just being around, and being around so successfully. 2) Building superior bikes and continuing for four decades to innovate and explore the boundaries of constant improvements in a proven brand. 3) Lastly and most importantly, finding the people who are the only thing, in the end, that can make this success story possible. While I have had so many amazing Trek people help me over the years, my current team is unparalleled. I have had the delight to work with Hannah at the Gahanna Trek store, yes, Hannah in Gahanna. She and her excellent support team, Brad, Gavin, Eric, Steve and Brody, to name a few, have answered every question I’ve had, allayed any concerns or issues, all with complete professionalism, certainly proficiency and most importantly kindness, throughout the investigation, purchase, delivery and fine tuning my latest Trek iteration, the amazing Checkpoint XL 6 AXS. I have been grateful for my Treks and my Trek professionals for over 40 years now, and their help in getting me out there, today, and tomorrow, for my next perfect ride.
