Check in was efficient and friendly. In-take nurse was very kind. Dr Cheng was and always is very professional and efficient. Always willing to answer questions and takes time to explain his answers.

I saw Dr Cheng’s PA Angela ( I think) she was extremely knowledgeable about my condition. She presented my options and expectations, she annswered any questions I had. She advised me that I would be getting a call from the scheduler. I really appreciated her expertise and honest communication.

We had such a great experience with Dr. Wesley Cheng. He was professional, kind, and very thorough. He carefully evaluated my sons knee and made sure we understood everything We left feeling reassured and confident in his care. Highly recommend!

I had a follow up appointment with Dr Cheng. I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes to have X-rays done. As soon as I was done with X-rays, I was seen right away by Dr. Cheng. Staff is very courteous, and it was nice to not have to sit around waiting to be seen!

I continue to receive excellent, professional care from MD West One Orthopedics for many years. The facility at Fountain Ridge is state of the art & easy to get to. Dr. H. Wesley Cheng & his associates value my time & I have never had to wait but a couple of minutes for my visits & consultations. Dr. Cheng answers any questions I have regarding care & treatment plans for arthritis & total knee replacement. So grateful for Dr. Cheng & MD West One.

MD West One always treats me with care and attention. Appointments are usually on time and diagnosis and treatment addresses the issue. They’ve now helped me through 2 shoulder surgeries and range of motion has come back. They ensure I’m well informed and all options are considered/explored/leveraged before moving to the next step. Their finance team has also been incredibly understanding and accommodating making the needed treatment possible, affordable, and timely. Dr. Cheng and PA Angela Hill are exemplary! Thank you MD West!

This was my first time meeting Angela Hill (PA) and Dr Cheng regarding having a total knee replacement. I was very impressed with their bedside manners as well as the knowledge they shared since my last knee was replaced eight years ago.

Very organized and easy experience including some X-rays. Very Helpful nurse Bailey. Dr. W Cheng is an excellent, through and patient explaining everything. I would highly recommend his care.

Angela was thorough and made me feel like she cared about the issues I’m having. Highly recommend Dr Cheng and his office!!

I was able to schedule an appointment with them easily and quickly. I pre-registered online and on the day of my appointment I was checked in quickly. I saw Dr. Cheng right away and was able to receive the gel injections in both knees!

As always, everyone was friendly, attentive, and interested in helping however they could and as quickly as they could. This is the third time I've seen Dr. Cheng. He is what surgeons should be. Pleasant, approachable, and professional. He happily explains everything, answers all questions, and discusses all treatments, and most importantly he gives you the time attention you need. He has repaired a rotator cuff injury, treated me for tennis elbow, and is now helping me with my other shoulder. I would not see anyone else for orthopedic issues.

I can't say enough about the care I have received! Every single staff member is friendly and professional. Dr Cheng did one total knee and will unfortunately be doing another in the fairly near future but I have complete confidence in him!

Dr. Cheng is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and caring. The staff is the best too! I would recommend MD West One to all.

Seeking a 2nd opinion I met with Dr. Cheng's PA, Emily. She is WONDERFUL! Took time to listen, explained everything thoroughly as we compared x-ray to MRI results. I now have a plan of action that doesn't ignore my concerns or jump to surgery.
