Before starting Health with Bec, I only needed to lose a few kilos. Everything I looked at had foods I had to cut out with a set amount of calories which left me feeling hungry and hangry and they also required me to be very disciplined. I have done so many of those diets in my life and so I was looking for something different. I needed something sustainable. I found it with Health With Bec (HWB). Right from the start, I looked forward to each meal. The snacks are great too, for those moments when I knew I wasn’t going to make it to dinner without grabbing something quick and unhealthy. There is so much food and it is delicious. The meals are easy to prepare and cook which is a bonus. I feel like I’ve changed my lifestyle for the better without any sacrifice. After 3 weeks I have lost the desired weight. I have no bloat for the first time in many, many years I also feel more focussed, less brain fog and I’m feeling so healthy. I used to have a cup of tea with milk and sugar every single morning and then up to three more during the day. I have not had one cup of tea since switching to the HWB plan and honestly have not missed it at all. I am so happy that I have now cut out this habit along with the chocolate cookies. Just that alone was worth doing this program.
I would sincerely encourage any woman who has tried everything and believes she cannot lose weight to give HWB a chance. It has changed my life and I’m pretty darn sure it will change yours for the better.
