I’ve been a part of Health with Bec for just over 3 weeks and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! The food is delicious and not boring, I’m not starving myself, and the recipes are so easy to follow. The support from others, fortnightly coaching calls, and motivating podcasts make such a difference. For the first time my body is actually responding, which is so encouraging after trying so many things in the past. Most importantly, it’s helped me build self-belief—I finally feel like I can do this, and it’s not even that hard!
