I completed the 3 Week Body Reset and the results have been fabulous. Admittedly I was not following the weekly plans 100% and my food prep needs attention, but the bloating has gone, and I am fitting into my clothes a lot better. Sorry, I am not into weighing myself on a regular basis, it's how I feel which counts and I feel great! Thank you Bec!

My menopause bloat was gone in the first 2 weeks, I dropped 4 kgs over the 3 weeks and feel so much healthier knowing I’m looking after my body. It was easy to shop with the lists and easy to cook the meals. It’s been a life changer and I’ll keep going to meet my goals.

It was so worth joining the 3 week reset. The lists and meal plans were easy and the food was enjoyable, it really doesn't feel like you're missing out on anything. My body responded really positively, great energy, less bloat and gradual weight loss. Bec has a very encouraging and normal approach to food and calories, its actually sustainable, positive and healthy
