A very achievable and supportive process and group. I lost 17cm in total in 3 weeks, 6cm from my waist. This is not a diet though. The 3 week reset is the beginning of a lifestyle change that you can continue if you choose. Although this is a low carb way of eating the reset is also gluten free. I’ve always known gluten has bloated me but I could never maintain being gluten free. With Bec’s recipes I truly feel like I could achieve GF for life.

The 3 week body reset worked for me when other programs have not. So much info provided I have not even managed to get through half of it . I am about to sign up for the tribe so I can keep learning more. If you want to find the last weight loss program you will ever need - this is it!

Lost 4.3kg on this program. My biggest take away was portion size, the role of protein and how to enjoy your meals with limited carbs. I’ll take this into daily meal planning to try to continue my weight loss journey. Meals were good - particularly the breakfast - learnt some great new options. We flavoured up some of the higher calorie meals because we enjoy Asian flavours more often than was in the plan.
