I can't explain how happy I am that I stumbled on Bec on social media. I have struggled with bloating and pain for years and years. I have done intolerance tests, FODMAP diet and cut out all foods to stop it without any luck. I tried 3 week body reset and I was amazed how my body responded. I have stage 4 endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS that causes me to have severe pains. Bec's diet has helped me get rid of all the pains, my skin is healthy, I lost 7 kg in the 3 weeks and most importantly I have so much energy and am so happy & proud. Haven't felt like this for years. My boyfriend also did the program with me and we are never looking back. I am continuing my journey with Bec through Bec tribe and she keeps surprising us through her podcast and monthly plans, get togethers :). Best thing I have ever done and thank you for being so passionate about helping people THANK YOU ❤️

This eating plan really does make a difference especially the breakfast recipes and sweet snacks to replace sugar cravings which do reduce when following this plan. Changing out pastas bread and rice with alternatives is a game changer but can still enjoy these occasionally although interesting I don’t want to eat these foods as much as I used to. My whole body feels so much better without them!

I have started an amazing journey with 'Health with Bec'. I lost 3kgs and my bloatedness in the 3 week body reset and have joined the Tribe. I didn't think of this program as a 'diet' but rather a change to my eating habits to get healthier. The program is extremely well structured with podcasts, information sheets, weekly menus, recipes and shopping lists. Support from the team and other tribe members kept me going.
