I was feeling overwhelmed at first with all the info for the plan, but once I’d done my shop and made the items suggested (dinner prep for first night and pumpkin bread muffin snacks for during the week) I felt ready and in control. I’ve just taken my ‘after’ photos thinking the 3 kgs I lost wouldn’t make much difference but I was wrong. You can see where my puffy tummy has reduced and my swimmer bottoms (50s style bikini) sit a lot higher now over my waist. What a like most was the new recipes to try and variation of food, especially having that leftover dinner ready to go for lunch. I wasn’t thinking about food be out was all planned and ready. My family (teen boys) enjoyed the chicken meals and even had the waffles (using Bec’s tasty mug cake recipe) with our new waffle maker, bought after reading a recommendation in the private socials page, which is super supportive and full of great ideas. Anyone sitting in the fence, I’d say jump in, you’ve got nothing to lose (but the weight) and you gain a knowledge and confidence with what to feed this one body you’ve been born with to look after for a long and healthy life. Thanks Bec, I’m still using the recipes, in fact I have my delicious shake made and ready to drink after I’ve finished writing this! PS your Fraser salad dressing recipe is a game changer for my lunches and entertaining.
