I’ve really loved the last 3 weeks. The meals were easy and flexible, which made it so achievable. Within the first couple of days, my bloating and swollen fingers disappeared, and even though week 2 didn’t show weight loss, my mindset changed dramatically.
After years of peri/menopausal anxiety and mood changes — including a breakdown about 12 months ago — I can’t believe how clear and focused my head feels. I haven’t weighed yet, but I feel lighter, and my clothes fit better. This is the best I’ve felt in years. I am beyond grateful.
