The 3 week reset was just what I needed. I have NEVER gone a week, let alone 3 weeks without sugar. I’m a daily chocolate major craving kind of girl and when I say I didn’t crave sugar ONCE I mean it. The treat recipes hit the spot for me and I’ve managed to continue on without sugar after the reset. This was the biggest achievement for me! I have also lost 3.5kgs and am now below my pre baby weight. The meals were really tasty and quick to prepare. It has educated me on eating for my age/stage and how I can in fact (to my surprise) live without a heavy carbohydrate and dose of sugar for every meal to get me through the day. Totally changed my relationship with food and can’t wait to keep going!
