HALLELUJAH I have found my MOJO!! I have loved every meal in this Health with Bec 3wk Body Reset! Absolutely mind blown as to how great I feel at the end of Week 3. Not only have I lost 3kg in weight but I have lost 20cm all over, energy is up, muscle mass has increased & I'm starting to feel more like the old me! This is the first eating plan that I have followed (there has been alot over the last 10-15years) since menopause that has attacked my menopot belly. I've never thought of myself as being gluten or dairy free but I definitely feel so much lighter. I've always been very active with fitness so it has taken me a long time to retrain the brain that I can't just eat what I want based on calories I've burned. OMG without realising I was SO addicted to sugar. All those "healthy" high protein bars & low carb snacks were my nemesis... but I am seriously now a convert! Monkfruit sweetener is my new best friend and there are NO processed foods greeting anywhere near my grocery trolley. My cravings have stopped I don't feel hungry between meals, my 3pm slump has gone (even on work days getting up at 4am!). Your podcasts have been in my ears & providing valuable info daily - LOVE THEM! LOVE YOUR PLAN - THANKYOU SO MUCH BEC!!!
